03Registration & Account Management

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to own one account only on the magnum888 platform. Multiple account ownership ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

Accurate Registration Information

Account Security

08Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Member

You may close your magnum888 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Any valid balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and the required KYC checks are completed.

Magnum888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• An account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Inactive Account

An account showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of MYR 5 will be charged until the account balance is depleted or the account is reactivated by its owner.

09Liability Limit

Magnum888 provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available without interruption or errors at all times. While we strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, occasional technical disruptions cannot be entirely avoided.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, magnum888 is not liable for:
